Top-down fine dust removal
Ceilings, light fixtures, ledges, vents and walls worked from the highest point down so nothing is re-contaminated.
Window and track detail
Glass, frames, sills and sliding tracks cleared of dust, adhesive residue and paint specks.
Fixture and hardware polish
Faucets, handles, switch plates, appliances and cabinetry cleaned of installation residue.
Floor finishing
Grout haze, adhesive and dust removed, then floors cleaned with the method the new material requires.
Final punch pass
A last walk of the property against the handover list, so it is genuinely ready to present.
Rough, final and touch-up cleans
Larger projects need more than one visit. A rough clean clears debris so trades can work; the final clean delivers the handover standard; a touch-up before walkthrough handles whatever the last few days of activity left behind.
We schedule those phases around your build calendar and coordinate directly with your site supervisor so crews are not tripping over each other.
